Thank you for considering BMO as a potential sponsor.

Sponsorship is a key component of BMO's enterprise marketing strategy that aligns with high-reach sport franchises and cultural events to drive engagement and brand consideration with fans across North America. We also deliver curated experiences that deepen relationships and drive revenue for the bank.

No one sponsorship is alike. We review each sponsorship request carefully taking into consideration various types of criteria that align with our strategy and can deliver an integrated full funnel approach.  This includes, but is not limited to, the ability to drive business, deliver high value impact and create social benefit.

This online platform is used to facilitate proposals in a thoughtful and timely manner. Below are a few tips to consider.

  • Sponsorship proposals will not be considered unless they have been submitted through this site. We cannot respond to emails.
  • All proposals will be reviewed confidentially.
  • You may find it helpful to print a blank version of the questionnaire, by clicking on the Printable Form link in the upper right corner, before starting your submission. This will allow you to see what type of information is being requested, so you have it ready. Partially completed questionnaires cannot be saved.
  • The online process should take 15 minutes or less to complete.
  • If you do not have the information being requested, please use your best judgement to complete the questionnaire.
  • Attachments and comments will be available at the end of the questionnaire process.
  • One questionnaire is required for each type/category or level of proposal (i.e., Title sponsor vs. Presenting Sponsor, etc.).
  • After submission, you will receive an email acknowledgment.
  • Once the proposal is evaluated you will receive an official response via email.

BMO does not participate in the following sponsorships:

  • Motorsports
  • Individuals or Scholarships
  • Extreme Sports (i.e., Surfing, Skiing)
  • Political or Religious Groups/Events
  • Beauty Pageants/Fashion Shows
  • Media Programs
